My team might also like to contribute. We like your simple (read: elegant) approach on the Dashboard, but need a more fully functioning front-end where users can join projects and maintain tasks, and where projects can be filtered by category and other attributes.
We are still evaluating Propel as our starting platform for this work, but would this be something of interest to you, in line with your roadmap at all, and if so how would you like to proceed.

Thanks John – turned out it was my fault – a style setting for the table width, causing the table to overflow – the propel-progress-bar was working fine
