In the screenshot, you can see question #13 and #14 from one of my forms.
In the picture, in the top portion, you can see the front page. Both Q13 and Q14 is required. They are marked with *. However, Q13 does not show the error message in red, while Q14 does.
In the picture, in the middle portion, you can see the Form Settings>Fields tab. As you may see, both questions are marked as required.
In the picture, in the bottom portion, you can see Form Settings>Label tab.

I added a ‘/’ at the end of the urls.
Also added a ‘/’ at the end of the urls in the Popover Content area too.
Did not work either… 🙁

Even if I have wp_head in the appropriate location, the add-on does not catch it and gives an error saying I don’t have wp_head.
Perhaps this is the reason?
And after our messages I completely erased version 4.4.5.4 and reverted the previous version, thinking it was working fine and I could use it. However, the previous version also does not work now.
Yes. I tried deactivating and then reactivating PopUp after your message. It did not work either.
No matter what settings I choose, popup simply does not show.
It was working fine in the previous version.
Yes, I would like to post of the PopUp settings page. Can you let me know where can I send it?

Now, all my digest emails are being sent through the correct address.

I am not using any other SMTP Plugins
