I did as you told me to do, I created a new account and then the email log showed up for the email sent. But it never shows the record of sending forget password email because it actually doesn’t send the forget password email. Also so I am not getting redirected to the confirm password email as explained and demonstrated in the video.

Have a good dayYes, I did that but there are no new logs on the page that contains the email logs, even if I request resetting of the password of my account. I could not attach the video in this interface so I am attaching the link to the video uploaded in Google drive.

Yah but I am not trying to disable ” membership confirmation email” which the user receives after checkout.
I want to disable the “welcome email” which has subject like this[< site name>] Welcome!
and reads as follows:
Welcome to < site name>!
