It is similar like changing the font in profile fields..
I dont think its Themes issue, but UH’s internal issue.
I don’t see attachment option here is forum. I am on localhost right now, so link also may not work.

Try create new user role & assign to member. It looks like there is critical bug with user role.
It worked for me.
