Thanks for your query. Please be informed that this plugin has no relation to the SSLCommerz PG plugin. Please check the configuration page again, are you using the correct store credential in the correct environment?It may happen for two reasons, you may using live API credentials to sandbox the environment or your store may be deactivated. Please communicate with your business concern person to reactive the store.

You are using our old plugin. Please use latest one from https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wc-sslcommerz-easycheckout
IPN is auto-configured from script end for this plugin.
