So one part I resolved – the base error.
This was caused by a File URL being sometimes http, sometimes https. Whenever there was a mismatch, not sure how it was caused, then there was the error of the file not loading. It had a red bar on top.
The second issue that is still remaining is that the views and downloads dont advance in the numbering even though I test the view and download from my mobile phone.
