I tried sending myself review reminders twice; however, I received none. My order. It is not sending the emails automatically even though the reminder is set and sent.

Thank you for your response.
I went through the blog and noticed that everything is set fine. However, this issue remains unresolved. In fact, the WhatsApp message feature is not working (which worked yesterday); it just opens the app chat but does not add a message in the text box.
Kindly note that I am not a developer, so please guide me accordingly.
