Sorry to hear you’re still experiencing issues with the contact form counter.
From the screenshots what I can see, it seems like the shortcode might be placed in a field that doesn’t support rendering shortcodes. I’ve tested the latest version of the plugin on my end and it’s working as expected – please see this screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/QINe6Huos0ae
To help troubleshoot further, could you please share the exact steps to reproduce the issue on your setup? Also, are you using any specific plugin to display the form in a modal or popup?
I’d also recommend checking for conflicts with other plugins, as that could potentially cause this behavior.

We have updated our code to refresh only the subscription being updated, instead of processing all subscriptions, to improve performance. Please update the plugin to the latest version (1.3.5) and let us know if everything works as expected.

We’ve implemented the new functionality in the plugin to display counter/timestamp, and time in additional areas. Now it will not only show in emails. Please check the screenshots of the plugin and update the plugin to version 1.0.5 to use this feature.

I’ve reviewed your website and submitted a test form. I believe you need to show the submission count on this pop-up, as shown in this image: https://imgur.com/a/8nRiVcq.
Currently, our plugin only displays the count in the email notification. However, due to multiple requests for this feature, we will be adding it in an upcoming version.
We’ll update you once this feature is implemented.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the free product adding to cart. We have tested the plugin in our test sites ,but could not replicate it in our side.
So,could you confirm,if the plugin is in latest version ?
If possible, please run a conflict test by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce , Buy X Get Y Free by StorePro. Consider switching the theme to a default (storefront) as well.
For further check, We’d be very happy to help you out.
If you have a staging site, then please provide us access to it. We will also need to get temporary admin login details for your site. You can submit the login details via our secure form .We will look into that as early as possible.
