In reply to: [RewardsWP - Loyalty Points & Referral Program for WooCommerce] Roadmap?Hey @jaspix,
Thank you for the detailed explanation, this really helps clarify your use case.
I’ve shared your feedback with our team regarding both features you mentioned:
- Levels with tiered rewards and multipliers
- A dedicated dashboard experience for users
This has been added to our feature request tracker for future consideration. In the meantime, for the dashboard use case, there is a workaround you can use. You can add a “My Rewards” tab directly to the WooCommerce My Account page, which opens the rewards widget already loaded on the page using the code snippet that I have shared below:
https://library.wpcode.com/snippet/ro8lvmr5/
You can also customize which section opens by updating the anchor in the snippet:
- #rewardswp-home → Default rewards view
- #rewardswp-rewards → Customer’s rewards panel
- #rewardswp-earn → “Ways to earn” panel
- #rewardswp-redeem → “Ways to redeem” panel
This can help create a more dashboard-like experience while we continue to evaluate native improvements.
Thanks again for taking the time to share this.
Kindly,

In reply to: [RewardsWP - Loyalty Points & Referral Program for WooCommerce] Roadmap?Hey @jaspix,
Thank you for reaching out.
I apologize, currently, we don’t have a public roadmap available where upcoming features are listed. I understand how helpful that can be when planning ahead, so I’ll definitely pass this feedback along to our team.
Regarding your suggestions, could you share a bit more detail on what you’re looking for with levels? For example, how you’d like levels to work and what kind of functionality you expect from them.
It would also help to know what specific features you’d want included in the account dashboard so we can better align with your use case.
Thanks again for taking the time to share this.
Kindly,

I’ve gone ahead and reported this to our development team so they can review how currency handling works for JPY and similar zero-decimal currencies.
Once an update addressing this is released, I’ll be sure to circle back and share an update with you. In the meantime, if you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out.

When you get a chance, can you please share the URL of your website and the page builder you’re using to create the registration form? In case you’re using the default WordPress block editor, you can add the password field following the steps shared on our documentation.
Looking forward to your response.

Hey @woof – Thanks for following up on this ticket, and I apologize for the inconvenience.
The hook was changed as part of a series of changes to support the new/modern email notification templates in the WPForms version 1.8.5.
Having said that, I have passed on the feedback to the dev team. Additionally, we strive to make any changes backward compatible, and I want to assure you that such occurrences are not very frequent.
In the meantime, if you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to reachout.
Kindly,

I had a chat with the developers, and in WPForms version 1.8.5, the wpforms_email_message hook was changed to wpforms_emails_notifications_message. When you have sometime, can you please try using wpforms_emails_notifications_message and let me know how it goes?
Kindly,
Hey @laralorvan – Thanks for sharing the screenshot, and the notification settings looks fine.
When you get a chance, can you please check the debug events under WP Mail SMTP > Tools, and see if there’s any error message showing?
