    Regarding your customization questions, yes, you can absolutely customize the booking form to align perfectly with your website’s branding. Simply navigate to PreBook > Customizer > Design in your WordPress dashboard. There, you’ll find options to adjust the brand colors and font family to match your style.     And yes, one of the great features of our customizer is that you can preview all your changes in real-time before applying them to your live site. This allows you to experiment with different combinations until you find the perfect match for your brand.

    Payment Methods:

    Currently, we only support the on-site cash payment as the primary method. However, we are actively working on integrating popular payment methods like PayPal, Stripe, and others in future updates. In the meantime, you can still accept payments through other methods outside of PreBook, such as manually processing payments through your chosen payment processor after a booking is confirmed.

    Email Notifications:

    Regarding email notifications, PreBook sends notifications to staff and customers when an appointment is booked. It triggers appointment approved or pending email based on the default appointment status. Additionally, it triggers emails when the appointment status is changed to approved, pending, canceled, or rejected. For checking the email logging, you may use the WP Mail Logging plugin on your staging site. If you or your users are not receiving these notifications, please check your spam/junk folders or ensure that the email settings in PreBook are correctly configured. While we don’t currently send notifications to the admin, you can easily view and manage all appointments from the PreBook dashboard.

    Time Slot Error:

    We’d like to investigate the time slot error you mentioned (“not available”). It would be helpful if you could provide us with more context or a video demonstrating the specific scenario where the “not available” error occurs. This will allow our team to better understand and investigate the issue.
