Yes – this would be great. For forms specifically, it would be wonderful if we could:
• Set a minimum requirement or ‘mandatory’ restriction on input, as otherwise you are just sending the prompt. For example, if my prompt would be “Write something about {{Input}}” and a user wouldn’t fill in the input field, this will go directly to OpenAI as “Write something about ” which is a bit useless and returns very different things.
• Allow to store certain fields, for example, making an input field {{email}} that is either used or not used in the prompt, but is stored in the backend in order to be able to have people sign up for a newsletter etc. No automation would be necessary, just CSV output.
Thank you ! P.s. I left the reviewHi Jordy
Thank you for the solid reply as always. To come back to your answers:
Exactly, it’s the number of queries. You mean, you would like it to behave as either you are connected (in that case, it uses your login), or you are not connected (and it uses your IP). But if you are not connected but already used the AI a lot through your IP, your don’t want the system to see it?
It seems this might be off in the shortcode to display the usage left for a user or visitor, as to me it shows a number >100% while the person can still do a query. Apart from this, it’s clear, no need to change for IP or whatnot.
Just to make sure, can you provide a screenshot?Yes, the prompt looks like this, this is for all the prompts: cookie failed, limit reached. I would love to get rid for ‘AI Engine:’

I think the rest is clear, I just wanted to make sure that when we set a limit for ‘visitor’ it means per visitors and not the combination of all visitors their usage.I don’t seem to be able to change my above comment, but I would love to understand if the limits set on ‘user’ and ‘guest’ are based on IP or overall for ‘everyone meeting’ meeting that criteria?
As in, is it possible to give every visitor = 5 queries based on their IP?
I would love to give everyone who is signed out: 5 queries
Everyone who is logged in: 10 queries
Even in the extra documentation when you explain ‘premium’ and ‘standard’ it’s not clear to me if that 50$ for premium is for one or all premium users combined, same for the 10$ for standard.Thank you so much !

Hi Jordy
Two more questions
• ‘X Queries’ for users and guests means the amount of times they can submit something, regardless of how long it is, right? Would there be a way to test this in the different environments (logged in / out). As the tool uses my IP, I reach the limit in incognito
• Could you change the prompt whenever someone reaches their maximum to not start the message with “AI Engine:” ?
• I think it would be worth looking into if any of the ‘input’ fields is empty and if so, give an error message, given now it will just use the prompt and fill in nothing in the placeholder.
I will leave a review over the next few days, really love this!- This reply was modified 3 years, 3 months ago by preppally.
Hi Jordy
Thank you for the updates, if it’s ok for you, I might post a couple of other things I think you can do to improve (keeping in mind it’s very beta).
This is great and a good extension to layer the api calls to OpenAI.
If you would expand the option of ‘users’ and change this to different ‘roles’ it would allow me to offer it on top of my product. For example, it would allow your users (buyers) to monetise making your application better in terms of return on investment.
If I could assign different ‘credit’ limits to different ‘user roles’, I could incorporate this in the ‘subscription’ package I am selling :). Just an idea, no need for you to work with WooCommerce or integration.
Think about it – will definitely leave a review!
