Doesn’t seem to be…I tested on several browsers, cleaned out the cache, and still the unused filters are showing and, if you click on them, show nothing (because there aren’t any photos assigned to them). I’m using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
Are you removing the filters in some way other than by deleting them from the “Categories” box in the image settings?
