Your plugin is versatile enough to user for people profiles other than staff.

Me too. I get the same error when this is the only plugin installed. The link to the configuration page is wrong so I played with permalinks. When I change permalinks with this being the only plugin activated I get this error. Too bad, this plugin was exactly what I was looking for.
Good to know it is just not me. Any attention that can be given to address this issue would be greatly appreciated.
