Yes, that’s the plugin I’m referring to, and I’m using the free version.
Regarding the plugin settings, no values are displayed. Only the “Add hook” and “Show current hooks” buttons are shown.

The carousel widget is only on the homepage. On the archive page and the product page, I have other widgets from a different plugin, and they are working correctly.
As for the plugin, there is no “Hooks option” in the settings.

For example, the title of each step is displayed from the file that is saved in the “system folder” and others from the file in the “custom folder”.
