@imagely – Clearing out the cache did no good, IF I go in and look at a gallery or build out a new gallery the DMD-vs-Raptors-69.jpg is still there. I deleted the image by going through FTP – Wp-Content > Gallery > Gallery Name Folder > DMD-vs-Raptors-69.jpg
It’s a pretty interesting situation that I’m not sure how to replicate.
