I installed three blogs yesterday, exactly the same method of installing. 2 of them takes 20 seconds to load while the third loads within 2 seconds.
I do not know what to look for, they are running on the same server with the same settings, so any feedback what to look for would be helpful.
I have no plugins active, this slow behavior is right after the installation.
