Hi,

I appreciate your response and understand that troubleshooting Outlook may not be within the scope of your support. However, when I considered installing mailpoet I didn’t think I would encounter such a problem. This is the first time I have encountered a situation where email display problems can be assigned to Outlook settings, especially given the widespread use of Outlook in my region that is not a niche mailbox.

Asking customers to check and adjust their mail settings seems ridiculous. Especially when everything works smoothly on mobile apps, the problem seems to be only on PCs. We have tested this on different computers and email accounts, but the problem persists.

I would appreciate any further insights or help in resolving this issue. Thank you.

Hi Tom,

We have translated our website to other languages using WMPL, and now on the translated website on mobile, we face the same issue.
The CSS which you provided is placed but did not help.
Any suggestions on this?

Thank you for your quick answers. The issue last less than one second when the page is refreshed it shows either extra content in the back of the pictures or doubles it briefly. You can notice that on the left side where the filter is located and under the “supplements” title where the short text description is.

The filter changed layout and the text description is expanding and collapsing for a less than one second.

Hi, im sorry, i had to make a mistake before. Now is added to the correct theme but unfortunately still not working.

Hi Tom, thank you for your effort . I used it, but unfortunately it still does not scroll till the end. I even tried with inserting it to the Elementor and plugin, but also with no results.

I’m struggling with the Off-canvas menu on mobile, it not scrolling till the last item of the sub-menu ( Shakers). I have tried already with padding before, even with 200px it did not work. Now I set 100px and left it for you. It’s weird as on the iphones, both, safari and chrome browsers padding do the job and it works. We are facing the issue on the phones with the android system. The issue is on both views, vertical and horizontal.
