I tried deactivating all plugins except Hustle, and I have the same issue!
Also, I have this notification from Hustle in the Hustle Dashboard
Hustle – Module visibility behaviour update
Hustle 7.1 fixes a visibility bug which may affect the visibility behavior of your popups and other modules. Please review the visibility conditions of each of your modules to ensure they will appear as you expect.
However, the plugin is updated, and when I click the Check conditions button under this notification nothing happens, the screen stays on the same page. Moreover, because the issue still persists with all plugins deactivated I can’t go on a specific popup to check the visibility options.
