Apply fees when the below conditions are satisfied: Should be a multi-selection from the dropdown menu instead of writing and using commas to separate (Example: “Apply fees on this payment methods *” selection).
Need another functionality: I need to target the city and set an extra fee (fixed or percentage). Depending on the shipping charge fee or cart sub-total.
Bonus request: If possible, bring an option to pay extra fees upfront and separately.
