The Estimate Stock Arrival feature lets you show customers when a product is expected back in stock. You select the product, set a future arrival date, and add a custom message. If the date has already passed, the message won’t show. This keeps the information accurate and up to date.

To Configure Estimate Stock Arrival in Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce

    1.     Go to Admin Dashboard → Instock Notifier → Settings → Estimate Stock Arrival.

    2.     Enable Estimate Stock Arrival, then click Save Changes.

    3.     Once enabled, the Estimate Stock Arrival menu will appear under Admin Dashboard → Instock Notifier → Estimate Stock Arrival.

    4.     Click Add New Estimate Stock Arrival.

    5.     Select the product(s) you want to configure. (Currently, products must be selected manually. In a future update, we will add an “All Products” option for easier configuration.)

    6.     Set the Estimated Stock Arrival Date. (If the chosen date has already passed compared to the current date, the system will automatically prevent the estimated stock message from being displayed. This ensures that outdated stock arrival information is not shown, keeping the details accurate and relevant for customers.)

    7.     In the Estimate Stock Message field, enter your message using the available shortcodes.

    8.     Click Publish.

Let us know if you need any further assistance!

    Thanks.
