    Thanks!
    That just worked.

    It just came in as I’ve been checking for updates on both plugins.

    All good and repaired!

    I am still getting these, but as “Get” errors. My system is stopping them. Had 31 yesterday that just my error log has picked up.

    403 GET Request: July 5, 2016 - 10:46 am
    My Site Hosting IP address
    My Site Hosting server name
    /?wordfence_syncAttackData=1467733582.8526  [=number changes each time]

    Thank you much.

    They differ (several sites) some 1 hour, some a lot longer. And there is never a listing in Login Lockout IP area. They are always blank even when I lock an IP out. They used to be populated.

    I am having this problem on several sites now.

    It worked great, then with the last updates (? about which one) it stopped working and now with the added Stats on Dashboard, keeps lising all the NON-users and “Existing User” “Yes” in green. It’s 1000s of attempts — not locking them out at all.

    Had to put on another security plugin to handle it…

    Thanks WPyogi!

    I saw that and it’s just a feed display.

    Facebook Posts Widget

    Render a number of most recent Facebook page updates in any of your widget areas using the Recent Facebook Posts widget.
    Facebook Posts Shortcode

    Display a list of your most recent Facebook posts in your posts or pages using the [recent_facebook_posts] shortcode. Optionally, specify some arguments to customize the output.

    I read a discussion somewhere that Facebook is the problem. They don’t want outposting of “their” content. I didn’t see any apps that would work a couple months ago.

    >> Could you var_dump the argument that is being passed to json_encode() in class-schedule.php.

    What dump request would work best? Where from?

    Would I capture it on wp-config debug modes:
    // Enable WP_DEBUG mode
    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);

    // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);

    // Disable display of errors and warnings
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false);
    @ini_set(‘display_errors’,0);

    // Use dev versions of core JS and CSS files (only needed if you are modifying these core files)
    define(‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true);

    Hi,
    New to the plugin — recommended by another great plugin developer, but my php error log filled up! Couldn’t do much w/blog after that as the errors came in every few seconds. Deactivated it.
    Version 2.4.1 on WP 3.8 latest.
    Server Type: Apache
    Operating System: Linux
    PHP: 5.3.27

    The 1st test went fast and equivalent to phpMyadmin.

    Same as type error message as above:
    [21-Jan-2014 00:19:19 America/Chicago] PHP Warning: json_encode() [function.json-encode]: Invalid UTF-8 sequence in argument in /home/username/public_html/wp-content/plugins/backupwordpress/classes/class-schedule.php on line 739

    Also:

    [21-Jan-2014 00:03:34 America/Chicago] PHP Warning: shell_exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/username/public_html/wp-content/plugins/backupwordpress/classes/class-requirements.php on line 277

    [21-Jan-2014 00:04:13 America/Chicago] PHP Warning: shell_exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/username/public_html/wp-content/plugins/backupwordpress/classes/class-requirements.php on line 254

    Basically same problem. All the media (a lot as we’re running Royal Slider) disappeared from view in Media Library, but all exist looking in cPanel File Manger.

    But, in my case on a VPS via ServInt, Inc., with all up-to-date installation items, I CAN load New Media and then set it up inside the slider and it functions.

    But all links are lost to anything prior to the update to 3.8.

    The linkage has all been lost in Media Library. Yes I did all the plugin tests and about 4 hours more solid work in .htaccess files and any security issues. I do understand the above, but have not yet gone to the database to reset all of the upload paths via cPanel > phpMyAdmin if that is what the hosting company did above.

    Will report back on pathway reset only if it works.

    I maintain only two other blogs that use uploaded media. Both are on older themes, but the /wp-admin/options-media.php file page you get when you click on Settings >> Media are different.
    One blog has never been set on “Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders” and the settings include:
    Store uploads in this folder wp-content/uploads [in a text box]
    Full URL path to files http://domainofsite/blog/wp-content/uploads/ [in a text box]

    This would help for a one-folder file upload area for a low-volume site.

    I’ve been playing around in the system since I wrote. 1st, everything disappeared when I used the Red Debug button finally, displaying the “No feed items found” so rechecked ALL settings and debugging FAQs.

    Finally pulled the “Fetch Feeds” in the actions under that Feed Source again and now ALL of it shows correctly including Excerpts.

    Will check back if any pieces go missing again.

    Hi JJ,

    I can’t get past the API key step either.
    It says there’s something wrong with the key.

    I generated a brand-new one and still no go on to Step 2 of the setup.

    Any suggestions.

    All new sites (3) 3.8.0 new WP today.
    Mostly FireFox on Win 7

    Anything not allowing the “Connection” ??

    Back in the MailChimp API area, it’s recording my last 24 hours of API calls… so it’s registering. But the plugin form maker won’t move to step 2.

    Thanks so much, can’t wait to try your plugin for the first time.
