yes this is normal 🙂 The number of followers is updated once a day. That means tomorrow you should see a new entry for the next day. After 3 weeks you have the full history in your graph.
You don’t have to do anything additional things in your instagram account.

yes, of course this is possible. Just create two new users named e.g. “John” and assign them different passwords.
For your two different files assign each the user “John”, click on the direct link and test the passwords. With this fast test you can make sure that each file access is granted to the correct “John”.
