Yes, advanced credit card and debit card processing is enabled, and it worked for the other plugin I was using. So my account is not limited in that aspect.
As for the error file, it does contain sensitive customer information, such as their addresses. I did find it, though. How should I share this with you privately?Forum: Plugins

I have since then resolved my problem.
The issue was With the tawk.to script (live chat service) – the script was set to send browser tab notifications (the number in Parentheses when you get a website notification) – once I disabled this feature the website worked great in the TiKTok browser.I would disable any plugins or scripts that are sending browser level notifications to the client and troubleshoot from there.

I did open a ticket and you did in fact reply – however I did not open a ticket again and instead I replied to your email. Is this ok?Apologies for using this forum for the premium version. I was going over other people’s issue and thought this forum received a priority response time.
I have not been able to add a custom field, as there is no option to change any of the input types for SendInBlue.
