Hi, apologies, I must have had a technical snafu in that my response did not make it through. I still have this issue.

The color question was simplified example for ease of understanding. An actual question in the form this is happening to is “Pets Health”
“Please check if your pets up to date on…”
“Vaccines”
“Flea treatment (flea free)”
“Other parasites”

Please note that I do see there is a drop-down attached to the answers that has (Vaccines)”one,” (Flea treatment (flea free))
“two,” (Other parasites) “three.” It looks like that might be where the numerics are coming from, but I’m confounded as to what those are even for.

Thanks for your response. I did try that and it made no difference regardless of which Multiple Option Value was selected.
