This seems to have worked – moving BT* to the top looks like it did the trick! thank you for your advice!
No it is 2nd on the list – can I ask – why is that relevant?
I have listed them as follows due to difference is carrier charges:
1st – UK postcodes
2nd – UK (northern Irleand)
3rd – Highlands and Irelands
4th – Republic of Ireland

Ive copied all of the above. Whenever I get a Northern Ireland order it is offering the England shipping total as it is part of the UK. However I have set it up as BT*, BT1*, BT2* etc.
Ive even tried it as BT *, BT1 * (with a space etc…..still not recognised.
What am I doing wrong?
