I think I have worked it out now 😉

On WP settings (not LP settings) I have changed permalinks day/name to this http://i.imgur.com/xJcEtl4.png

Now seems to work. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the response. I think my settings are currently the default http://i.imgur.com/ggd488d.png

If I edit the quiz page link to http://209.97.128.171/index.php/quizzes/quiz-1/ that loads correctly (ie remove courses/sample-courses/ phrase.

So, do I change the quizzes setting or a different one, and to what?

Hi @andrewza

With the login page changed to ‘Use WordPress Default’ but without the code snippet we have been locked out again. It was ok for a while, I don’t know what might have triggered the lockout. WP.com have disabled the plugin so we can get back in again.

Given that the plugin is aimed at controlling user access to the site it seems odd that it is able to lock out admins from managing the site, or have I misunderstood something?

Will the code snippet help? Is there anything else we can try?

Thanks for the response. I have set the login page as instructed.

Re the code snippet, a) should I do this using the Code Snippet plugin? b) does the belong inside a function or on it’s own (sorry I am fairly new to WP).
