I have checked: /wp-htaccess-editor/wf-flyout/config.php does exist. But still unable to activate with the same error.

Moreover, I am also unable to uninstall the plugin: Delete Failed: There was a critical error on this site.

I have no trouble unsinstalling other unactived plugin today so this seems to be a specific problem.

I can delete the plugin directory using FTP but is there any other change (e.g. in the database) that has been mad during the installation even if the plugin has not been actived?
