Hi Jasmine,

Thank you for the response. I updated the php.ini file with those PHP values and it still doesn’t work. Do you have any other solutions? It is critical that I am able to see the results.

Thank you. I will reach out to them.

Another issue has arisen. I am unable to access the submissions, it just times out or gives me an Insufficient Storage error. There are currently 11,864 submissions in for this survey.

Thank you. How would I go about making sure the cache is not generated on the survey page?
