Resolution (from D5):
Please go to Appearance > Edit
then select customize.php from the right
Then Find
// Quote Text
and
‘sanitize_callback’ => ‘esc_url’,
change the esc_url to esc_textarea
Then refresh the Customizer and Input the Quote again
