Hello All. Apologies if I’m posting in the wrong place, a WP newbie. I’d like to make the bar above my header a little narrower. The theme I’m using was prepared for me by a consultant: I’m not even really sure what WP theme it is (sorree).

Could someone have a look at my site, https://www.PsychEducation.org and tell me how to narrow the blue banner that sites above my rainbow header? I presume the blue part is an integral element of the theme I’m using? Can I customize that or do I need to look at switching to a different theme (a frightening prospect).

Thanks for any help here. I have same question but the above fix didn’t solve it. Apologies if this is user error on my end. I’ve tried adjusting the Smooth Scroll Offset but even at 999 px it doesn’t seem to do anything: when I click on a line in the TOC it jumps (nice and smoothly) down the page but so far that the Heading to which it’s jumped is obscured. Yes, I click Save Changes after changing Scroll values, and update page.
