I have the same problem and no solution
I checked, my uploaded files. They all are going in “wp-content/uploads/buddydrive/
but in front office buddydrive is searching files in “http://teams.icilaterre.fr/buddydrive/file/f-7/”
and for example the name of the file is not the same in the ftp and front office
in ftp the file is called “-7”
in front end the file is called “f-7”

On my ftp I have no folder called FILE
I created one, but I have no results

In wich folder, plugin … exactly files have to be upload ?
