Hi, I am having a similar problem to OP. I was wondering whether you pinpointed the error?
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open browser of choice.
2. Change width to < 700px
3. Navigate to http://www.onthemovecleaningservice.com/iginla/
4. Open menu.
5. Observe the scroll bars.
6. Try to make them disappear by re sizing the browser to full width (They get worse)
