I know the above feature can be achieve using custom PHP or JQUERY, but I want this to be implemented using contact form 7 or a plugin.

Since using Contact form 7 we can edit a field in our wordpress backend but if I custom program it, then I need my .php files all the time for editing any field.

Any hacks or tricks using Jquery in contact form7 for implementing this feature?
