Sorry for the delayed response.
Go to plugins/jigoshop-putler-connectors/classes/class.putler-connector.php
Serach for “$this->api_url” and change the value for $this->api_url to “http://api.putler.com/inbound/”.
Please let us know after changing the url are you getting the same issue.
