    Thank You. I appreciate it.
I decided to install your plugin in another small website on HoboHost and it is working fine. Maybe the other problems have something to do with GoDaddy. I know Hobohost is really cheap hosting, but the plug in is working. https://jointpainsite.com/

I did get the following errors upon installing the plugin:

    Errors:
2019-02-25 13:48:12: Error occured while updating firewall. Error: ERROR_OPEN_GZ_FILE
2019-02-25 13:58:10: PHP setting “allow_url_fopen” is disabled. This could effect malware scan quality.
    2019-02-25 13:48:53: Cron: Unknown error. Error: WORNG_VERSION_FILE

Thank You. I appreciate your help and effort to fix the issue. It always amazes me how complicated the programming is for all these large plugins and even WordPress. It is way beyond me. I will try and watch to see when your next update is a give it a try. For now, I will not use it.

    Thanks again.

    Hi
My website has been down for 5 days, 4 hours ago from when I first wrote to you. It was actually down a day or 2 before until I removed the plugin.

Obviously, whatever is wrong, is not an easy fix. Perhaps it has something to do with my Godaddy hosting. But – my site has been down way too long. All 5 of my websites are hosted at Godaddy and have done fine with your plugin until the update.

So, I am removing your plugin on all my websites because I don’t want any of them down. I am going to remove your access to my site and the FTP function.

I would, however, appreciate a refund of my payment to use use your plugin for my 5 websites.

I am sorry, but this is way too much time down for my website. Thanks.

I am sorry to disagree with you, but I can’t get it to load on my computer with either browser, my 2 tablets, my phone and my friends phone. It just sits trying to load and finally says:

This page isn’t working kneesforyou.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

I don’t know how you are viewing it, but I certainly can’t. It was down all day yesterday and still down this morning.

I definitely would not update the plugin on my other sites and will have to remove it from https://kneesforyou.com today. I can’t have my websites down.

My CPU usage for this hosting site at Godaddy is 100%. I can’t post the image here, but will email it to you.

This is just not acceptable. If you can’t fix it, then please refund my money for the 5 sites I paid to use it on.

Thank You for your help, but it has not solved the problem.

I am on 7.3 PHP and using 5.03 WordPress I don’t have any php logs that I know of. I am hosted on Godaddy and been there since 2005. Have very little trouble until I updated the Cleantalk plugin. My CPU usage is almost 0, but when I upgraded it went to 99/100. All of my other sites did the same thing. So it was not just one. I am a 74 year old women and not a wp techie. I know to rename plugin folders with having problems and work from there. I even restored the mysql backup from 2 days ago and that did not fix it until a changed the plugin in FTP and then removed it once I logged in. I am sorry, I can’t give you any more information.
