We’ve also the same problems with Jigoshop support and we are stopped wit working jigoshop plugin and we’ll switch to another plugin.
Jigoshop tell us they need many months to solve a problem (unprofessional). this is not the way to give support and unacceptable.
Jigoshop is working for this problem for 2,5 monts and no solution!
And you get never answer from Jigoshop about the status. You have to ask every time wat the status is of jour incident!
