The same thing happened to me yesterday, I called the hosting company and they disabled the plugin which resolved the issue.

In my case I needed to deactivate a plugin – luckily I didn’t need to use it after all, so in this case the issue was resolved. Having that said I would love to learn how others have resolved their issues.
I deactivated the plugins and found the issue.
