I have the same problem although I am using WPML.
https://physics.uoi.gr/ -> Ally widget is shown correctly (in Greek)
https://physics.uoi.gr/en/ -> the widget is missing for the English pages
I use these plugins:
Ally – Web Accessibility & Usability, Version 4.0.3
Elementor, Version 3.34.3
Elementor Pro, Version 3.34.3
WPML Multilingual CMS, Version 4.8.6
WPML SEO, Version 2.2.4
WPML String Translation, Version 3.4.1
I should mention that I had no problem when I was using the predecessor plugin “One Click Accessibility”, which was replaced by “Ally – Web Accessibility & Usability”.
