Hi,
Thanks for the detailed response. Unfortunately I’m not seeing those options on the Analytics -> Orders page. On that page I have these options:
Status
Customer
Customer type
Product(s)
Items sold
Coupon(s)
Attribution(I can add Total Sales, Order tax, Shipping tax, Shipping, Discounted Orders and Gross Discounted to the general analytics dashboard, but it doesn’t appear to change anything on the reporting side).
On the Analytics -> Taxes page I get this set of options:
Rate
Total tax
Order tax
Shipping taxFor tax calculations we’re using WooCommerce Tax, if that helps. We’re based in the US (in Washington State).

Thanks for the suggestions but it still happens both with the standard theme and with no plugins enabled.
I’d actually forgotten to restart apache after updating .htaccess – sorry! Doing that seems to have fixed it 🙂
Hi,
I have two wordpress.conf files –
/etc/apache2/sites-available/wordpress.conf
/etc/apache2/sites-enabled/wordpress.confI edited both of them to include:
<Directory /var/www/html>
Options -Indexes
AllowOverride All
</Directory>Then allowed wordfence to modify the .htaccess file and unfortunately returned to the 500 – Internal Server Misconfiguration error. Returning .htaccess to it’s previous configuration allows me to access the site, but obviously then I don’t have the firewall enabled…
Do you have any other thoughts, or did I miss something I need to edit first?

I’ve added the SMTP sender – and theoretically at least, it’s sent the diagnostic report! 🙂
Unfortunately, when I click send e-mail it fails – reporting “There was an error while sending the email.”
