Thank you for reaching out. As this is same for all entries it was not added in entries, but we can show the Terms and Condition Text inside a a Tool tip, that way it remains clean but you can also view the Terms Agreement texts.

I tried using shortcode but it did not work unfortunately. Hope there is a direct integration available in future.

We are happy to share that we have started working this, hopefully we will ship this soon.

In reply to: [Debug Log Manager Tool] Much improved over timeI understand its frustrating, but bugs are part of development, if a developer keeps ignoring them , or do not fix or update you can call it bad or bad support, but I immediately identified the bug and released another update which fixed the issue. I have decided to actively check and improve the plugin, and its a free plugin but this type of review is depressing.
