In reply to: [Debug Log Manager Tool] Plugin report Fatal Error on itselfHi @namrur,
Thanks for filing this.
The stack trace shows the plugin’s internal router throwing on the
get_terminal_settingsroute.That route exists in current builds. What you hit was an earlier 3.0.x version where the route had been removed during the 3.0.0 rewrite and had not yet been re-added.
Version 3.0.6 hardens the router so any unknown-route hit now returns a JSON 404 instead of throwing a fatal error. The
get_terminal_settingsroute itself is also registered in the current build. Please update to 3.0.6.
Hi @pluximo,
Thanks for the detailed stack trace. It pointed straight to the bug.
The plugin’s internal router was throwing an uncaught exception when an admin AJAX request arrived for a route that wasn’t registered. That’s why it surfaced as a critical-error page instead of returning a normal JSON response.
Released a fix in 3.0.6.
The router now catches missing-route hits, responds with a proper JSON 404, and writes a single line to the debug log instead of crashing the admin.
The action shown in your trace,
update_terminal_settings, is registered in the current build, so even a stale cached browser tab should not be able to repeat the original fatal error. Please update to 3.0.6 and reopen this thread if you see anything similar again.
Thank you so much for the great review and thoughtful feedback.
We truly appreciate your trust, and feedback like this which keeps us motivated to make the product even better. Feel free to reach to us to with anything you want to share.

Hi there,
Thanks for flagging this and for staying on top of site
security.A vulnerability that been identified has already been patched in a
the recent release of Fluent Forms 6.2.2 . Some time due to caching it may take some time to show the notification. What to do:
- If the update doesn’t appear, go to Dashboard → Updates
and click “Check Again.” Clearing any caching/optimization
plugin can also help refresh the update list. - Once updated, re-run your malware scanner — the alert
should clear. - If you’re still seeing the warning after updating, please
reply with the details or CVE ID or advisory link from your scanner so
we can confirm it matches the patched issue.
Thanks,
Fluent Forms Team
