I have already tested thoroughly regarding caching:
- All cache was cleared
- Browser cache was cleared
- Tested in Incognito/Private window
- Also tested from a different device
Unfortunately, the issue still persists.
When I update any values inside the Basics tab (Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Half Baths, Area, etc.) and click Update, the backend saves successfully, but the frontend continues to show the old values.
This affects the entire Basics section, not just one field.
I am attaching a short video recording showing:
- Editing the property in the backend
- Clicking Update
- Refreshing the frontend page
- The old values still appearing
Please review the video and let me know what could be causing this. If needed, I can also provide temporary admin access for deeper inspection.

Thank you for your support and yes, I got it. I didn’t aware that virtual products, downloadable products doesn’t have shipping.

I have disabled the Side Cart plugin but still it’s not working with other plugin also. Can you please check with any other solutions/suggestions will be appreciated.
