In reply to: After updating to 5.2.4, quotes breakI turned off every single plugin, still doesn’t work.
Did’t try the theme. But the theme was updated 3 months ago. Everything worked until about 5 days ago when I updated WordPress. So I’m pretty sure it’s the latest WordPress, not other things causing this.

Everything still worked like 5 days ago. The major change since then was that I updated to 5.2.4. Not sure if it’s coincidence.

I tried 1) Gutenberg Custom HTML block, and 2) Classic block edit as HTML. Neither one works.

In reply to: After updating to 5.2.4, quotes breakSince the page was broken (it was an old page converted into Gutenberg like a month ago, still working last week), I opened the code editor, cut&paste that block into a new post using Gutenberg Custom HTML block.
It didn’t work, unless I changed it to “em” tag.

Created a style.css with all the required header but no import. So it should show an ugly page with no style. But after activating that child, it’s still showing the parent style.style.css
