I believe you are talking about “product snippets” or “rich results” here.
Only some of your products will receive a rich result from Google. This is a special search result format on the 1st spot of the 1st page of search results.
In other words: not all of your products will automatically receive a “product or rich snippet”, it’s a reward you get from Google if the page is of good quality and gets good CTR etc.This does not mean that Google doesn’t know that all of your items in your store are products.
You can check this in Search console: type in the url of the product in the search bar at the top -> press “Test Live Url”. You should see “Type = Product” if all is good.

Surprising that there’s only 1 app that does this for as far as I see.
