    Hi,

    The β€œDisable Default Fonts” option in Elementor will disable Elementor’s Default Fonts, and make Elementor inherit the fonts from your theme.

    The different values in “Responsive 1440/1366/1024/768/680 Typography” represent screen sizes and they are for smaller laptops (1440/1366), horizontal tablet (1024), vertical tablet (768) and mobile (680).

    Since this is a support thread for Qi Theme and the carousel is not a part of the theme, if you need further assistance for this element please open a separate support thread.

    Hi,

    1) To adjust width of the text you can set it in a smaller column and also adjust column width to suit your needs. You can find more info in Elementor documentation here.

    1b) In Qode Essential Addons > Options > Typography you can set font size for each heading on different stages (please see screenshot). For theme options to be applied please make sure to check “Disable Default Fonts” option in Elementor > Settings as shown in screenshot.

    2) Please check if you’ve perhaps added some Motion Effects in Advanced tab.

    Feel free to check our handy tutorials about our theme here; as well as Elementor tutorials which you can check as there are many options that can be achieved both through our themes options and Elementor options.

    Hi,

    Once we inspect the page we see that you are using Qi Full Width template and that the blog list is added with some blog list element. If you are using “Blog List Essentials” and you’ve set Image Proportions to some other option than “Original” (please see screenshot) then you might need to regenerate thumbnails. To do this please try installing Regenerate Thumbnails plugin. Then navigate to Tools -> Regenerate Thumbnails, leave both checkboxes unchecked and click on the ‘Regenerate Thumbnails For All xx Attachments’ (please see screenshot).

    Hello,

    Could you please let us know which element are you using to add blog list? Also, if the thumbnail images are used for blog list, then you can adjust thumbnail size in Settings > Media (please see screenshot). This could also be due to the lazy loading feature for images added in WordPress 5.5 version. Please try installing the Disable Lazy Load plugin.

    Hi there,

    We are glad to hear this.
    Unfortunately having the text present only when the image is opened is not a feature of the widget unfortunately.

    Thanks for understanding and let us know if you have any additional questions.

    Hi there,

    Please check if you have set under Slider settings > Enable Center Slides to Yes.
    That way the alt text option would appear.
    Please have it active so we can check you website and test the code that we provided.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Could you please clarify this a bit more. Do you wish to add table html within the faq widget? Please keep us updated on this and provide us with a bit more information on your settings and procedure so we can try this on your end and think of an possible solution.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Could you please tell us on which page your image slider is located where the Alt text has been enabled within the widget options, so we can check this.

    You may try with this code within Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

    .qodef-e-alt-text-holder {
        position: relative;
        top: -50px;
        visibility:visible;
        opacity: 1;
    }

    But the values may vary depending on your particular slider, so we would be thankful if you could provide us with the direct link to that page.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

    We checked once again and we assume that you must have been changing the shop template with Elementor pro.
    You should know that the filter by price can be only used on the default shop page that is set within the WooCommerce settings.

    So it is not possible to use the themes product list as a default shop page. It is meant to be used on a page for presentation of your products. You can though have a regular shop page set within our theme and through our themes options Qode Essential Options > WooCommerce set the desired appearance to be meeting the product list layout.

    We hope this helped and thank you for understanding.

    Hi there,

    We do see that you have filters added to the shop page, so could you please explain a bit more. Using our product list widget can be done on a regular page, as the Woocommerce default shop page will overwrite the regular page.
    Please provide us a bit more information on what you would like to achieve so we can be sure to understand and test this on our side.

    Thank you.
