Even I enabled the tab on any page, it doesn’t show at the front.

I’m using a customized theme now, changed to twenty sixteen on staging site, preview still doesn’t show

I did turn on the sticky tab on a separate page but it doesn’t show at the front.

Hi, I did have the setting on homepage and archive page, but the tab doesn’t show on preview or the website. I read through the documentation too.
