Unfortunately, because of the way the ChatBot uses the texts we could not use custom post types. So it cannot be made WPML compatible. We have developed our own Multi Language addon for the WPBot pro version.

Yes, it should work with WP Multi site. Each site will get its own bot dashboard. You can install per site basis.

We can see the Add to Basket button is full width for the block and the text is centered. Do you NOT want full width button? In that case please add this custom CSS from wootabbed Settings->Custom CSS area

SLD does not have any features similar to what you asked for. Presently, it can just show the links as lists on a page or post. We do hope to expand on the features in the future.
