Technically there is no limit. But this FAQ system was built for a small set of FAQs.
To manage larger, category wise FAQs in your ChatBot, you can look into our WPBot pro Professional license ( https://www.wpbot.pro/pricing/ ) which includes the Simple Text Responses Pro module that can support a large set of FAQs based on categories.

The Woo tabbed free version includes only one template. The HTML code for h1/h2 etc. cannot be changed without modifying the core plugin code. We do not recommend that.
This plugin uses shortcode so it works with all page builders.
For multi site, install the plugin but do not activate network wide. Activate per site basis.

Our WPBot Pro Professional and Master licenses include the conversational form builder PRO module which supports sending field data input by the user to OpenAI and get a dynamic response based on that. But I am not sure if it will work with your particular scenario.

WoowBot free is a simple ChatBot meant to allow site users to search for woocommerce products. Users can email to the admin if there is no product found. That is all this ChatBot does. It is purposefully simple.
