Hi,
Shortcode for ChatBot widget on-Page, Open chatbot with Text Link etc are available on the pro version.
However, you cannot actually display 2 different ChatBots on different pages. What you can do is Load different Intents (like a conversational form) on different pages using the Retargeting feature (open chatbot on scroll or after a certain time).
You will need the WPBot pro version for both of these.

The close and reset buttons are already available in the pro version as an option that can be enabled to disabled. We will consider bringing the feature to the free version.

Each list is a custom post type. The data is saved in the WordPress’ post meta table.
The Export/Import feature as you described is possible with the pro version of the plugin.Thanks
