It seems this is a major update that changes a lot of things in the database.

Some people claim that you have to uninstall the plugin and reinstall it.
But that means you lose all your data, all your donors, all your donations.

    In short, it’s completely absurd!

Updating to WordPress 6.8.1 doesn’t change anything. Still the same problem.

Can you provide us with an SQL script to create this missing table?

Unfortunately, there’s nothing to be done about it. Systematically after the update… the Give plugin crashes WordPress!!!
The admin is no longer accessible until the plugin is deleted.

    Hi,

Finally, I realize that on one of our pages Paypal is working correctly.

On our main donation form, this doesn’t work. But I just noticed that we were using the “Old Form” option because that was created a long time ago.

We do not want a multi-step form, because this loses one in two donors.

We will therefore deactivate Paypal for this reason.

    Thanks.

On our donation page, we have enabled 3 payment types: Stripe, Paypal and offline.

The connection with Paypal worked (without tinkering with the database) !

Please note that we have an association account specifically registered with PayPal.

But, when you activate Paypal Donations, our donation page shows the Paypal option, but when you click on it, the Stripe payment is offered instead.

    So, it doesn’t work!

    Good morning,

This method of asking to tinker with the WordPress database in production is absolutely poor and completely unprofessional.

That being said, for your information, your modifications do not change anything and the message remains the same.

A no response, because we do not have time to respond, does not mean that the problem is resolved.

Except that the folder in which I post this image is empty! There is no possible duplication …

    Hello t-p,

    Thank you for your reply.
I found where my problem came from:
IPv6 was automatically activated in my internet box. From the moment I deactivated it, everything was working again normally.
